Malina Schanil

Malina Schanil is one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when you walk through the doors at Salon Hether’s. Since joining the team in June 2025, she has made a lasting impression with her genuine warmth, upbeat energy, and natural gift for connection.

Creating beauty and building meaningful relationships have always been at the heart of who Malina is, and she brings that same passion to her role at the front desk. From the moment a guest arrives to the moment they leave, she is dedicated to making every experience feel welcoming, personal, and memorable.

Currently attending beauty school, Malina is excited to step onto the salon floor next year and continue growing her career with Salon Hether’s. She has a deep appreciation for the artistry behind the chair, especially when it comes to creative color and transformational work, and she loves celebrating the diverse talents of the team around her.

Outside of the salon, Malina enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact—she’s been cutting and coloring her own hair since she was just 10 years old, a true sign of her early passion for the industry.

Always fun, eager, and creative, Malina keeps the front desk lively with a little help from Dutch Bros, early 2000s pop, and the occasional Red Bull boost. And while she dreams of one day rocking a full head of bright pink hair, for now she’s perfectly happy making sure every guest feels right at home.
