Hether Florman

Hether has dedicated her entire career to the beauty industry, building a life around making people feel confident and cared for. She has been a stylist for nearly 40 years and became a salon owner at just 19 years old. In 1999, she founded this salon, and ever since, she has poured her passion into creating a space where both clients and stylists can thrive.

Now, after decades of working behind the chair, Hether is stepping into a new chapter: focusing her energy on running and leading the salon. Her vision is to create a comfortable, yet trendy environment where every client leaves happy, and every stylist has the tools and support to succeed.

Education and mentorship remain at the heart of Hether’s mission. She has traveled across North America, Central America, and Europe attending hair shows and educational seminars, and she brings that knowledge back to her team. Hether ensures her stylists are continually growing by hosting monthly in-salon education with top brands like Oribe, Goldwell, Blue, and R&Co. She also invests in her team by sending them to leadership conferences and advanced training events. Every new stylist at the salon receives extensive mentorship under Hether’s guidance before taking clients on the floor.

Hether’s greatest joy now comes from leading her staff, nurturing their growth, and building a strong, supportive salon culture. She believes in setting a new standard for the industry—where stylists are always learning, clients always feel valued, and the salon community is built on both artistry and heart. She is especially proud to share her love of hair with her daughter, Caleigh, who now works alongside her as a stylist.

Outside of the salon, Hether loves spending time with her big, beautiful family. She has five adult children and two cherished grandchildren. Most importantly, she treasures life with her husband, Jim—the love of her life, best friend, and partner in everything.
